  Public Education Services

This program enhances community understanding about blindness and visual impairment, increasing public knowledge about resources, preventing vision loss and raising awareness about services offered by CSBPS and others. Services include:

  • Classes for support groups, senior centers, and community centers
  • Information booths and materials available for health and community fairs
  • In-Service training for healthcare professionals and those working with seniors
  • Presentations, tours, classes, and trainings scheduled upon request

  • Public Information Series on a variety of topics
