  Information and Referral Resources

CSBPS has a professional staff member dedicated to answering inquiries Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. (PST) at (206) 525-5556 or (800) 458-4888 and ask for the Information and Referral person on duty. The Information and Referral person can answer questions you may have about the agency, vision loss, or other community resources.

While we strive to be available to speak with you when you call, please keep in mind that the demand for information is rapidly growing. Therefore, we may be talking with someone else who needs help too. If that is the case, please take advantage of our voice mail system. When leaving a voice message please speak slowly, leave a detailed message, and include your area code with your phone number. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we look forward to serving you.

If you prefer you can e-mail us at csbps@csbps.com and your inquiry will be routed to the appropriate agency contact to respond to you. In your e-mail you can request a response by e-mail, by phone or by mail.

You can also download CSBPS publications to help you get started. We strive to make it easy for you to get the answers you need in a convenient and efficient manner.
