By making a gift to CSBPS, you can honor a special occasion, person, or celebrate the memory of a loved one. Birthdays, anniversaries and graduations are wonderful opportunities to honor someone and help someone else at the same time.

We will send you an acknowledgement of your gift, and we will inform anyone you designate, without specifying the amount of the gift. For example, if a gift is made in memory of someone, you may wish to have family members notified.

Print out a tribute form to send in with your check. You may also call us at (206) 525-5556 to make a credit card donation, or go to our online donation site to make your donation.
